Should I mention anything about lease to own programs (such as home partners, dream america, or divvy) or should I get him in touch with a lender since they have a good bit of time to get prepared?

Walk the properties with your agent and they will likely be able to give you a "sniff" test of what the property requires.

How do you weather a storm you haven't had time to prepare for?
