Granite counters, new carpet & tile flooring with black marble borders & baseboards, new paint, new window coverings, new light fixtures, mirrored walls, new sinks & faucets, and new appliances.

Now they have to tear out some parts of the new walls & tiled backsplash.

I am open to other ideas as to how often we should have the calls and other ways of supporting/networking with each other.

My biggest concern with this property is the yard is fenced in, but the fence along the backside of the property is one of those big cement walls that has a busy interstate on the other side of it.

Hey BiggerPockets family, I am analyzing this wholesale property as a potential fix and flip and I am pretty concerned about the foundation and exterior brick wall.

Now, I'm not one to rush to judgments based on one single data point, that would be silly....but it does support other posts advising to think about (among many other things) whether expectations for future growth will continue at the same pace.  

In the basement, there's a section of the wall, where the upper 3rd (above ground) is being pushed in - it looks like the wood has rotted out. 

Just be clear with them about what you're attempting to do and ask them to send their friends to support your zoning application :)

Or are you using someone else's income to help support?
