Is this a good solution?

That's what they want.People who know me realize that I always try to find turnkey solutions. 

I will have to look into it to see if under certain circumstances it would be a good solution.

I haven't used them, but I'm hearing over and over from different sources that Easy Storage Solutions (https://www.storageunitsoftware.com/) works well for smaller facilities. 

I understand I can offload the majority (if not all) of the monitoring to my PM since it'd be in their best interest as well to make sure everything goes smooth and the property has a tenant as soon as possible.
