Package Room Potential Issues

Hello Everyone,

The property management company I work for is currently looking for a solution to package theft. Currently, the packages are being delivered to an unsecured part of the entrance of each building. These properties have on-site offices that aren't utilized, and won't be having on-site management. I was planning on having a package room installed in these on-site offices. The problem with this is couriers not utilizing the package rooms. I know at the apartment I live at, the couriers don't always know how to access the room or don't care enough to utilize the room.

I'm looking for tips on how to get couriers to use the package room instead of leaving the packages outside. How do you combat couriers not knowing how to access the room while not having on-site management?
