If I had only $1000 in EM, maybe I would've pushed it but personally the whole deal was screwed up from the start, (check your calendar and see what day of the week January 16th was), the agent that was representing me is as worthless as t@ts on a boar and I don't like being messed with so I got out!

Rent to own is tough to start, so throwing in a rehab just screws up the valuation for everyone.

Watch the Youtube videos, read the books, but eventually you will need to turn some screws because all trade skills require hands-on experience to do-well. 

Doesnt seem like he is trying to get away with anything but he is just a screw up. 

I got a great education on the different types of screws, what they're good for, when to use nails vs screws, where to place fasteners, when to use braces and brackets.  

Also to be considered is that the plywood fasteners, nails or screws,  will have left lots of holes in the wood flooring which may have been covered up for a reason other than aesthetics.  

Unfortunately, the p-trap is glued PVC, not screw in, so even opening that will be a bit more of a pain.

I've seen his work cross my desk and it's accurate/thorough enough that it doesn't screw with his people getting mortgages (no underwriter/cpa back and forth game).... which is good in my book!
