i had a seller call me on friday wanting to short sell his property because he can no longer afford to keep it as he can't work and is physically disabled. is there a way I can wholesale it from the bank to buyer or do I need proof of funds?

My personal methods involve staking out the place through several nights to get a good head count and understand the tenants/guests routines.

I've been tackling this at around 1-1.5 hrs per day (part of my Miracle Morning routine) and of course, missed some days as I focused on other things... but for the most part I've been pretty directly focused on this course.In the beginning, things felt a bit too basic and generic.

It taught me, inspired me and I routinely use it as a reference guide if I run into a problem.
