Weekend in Des Moines, looking for experienced real estate agent

Hello friends, 

My wife and I are taking a weekend trip up to Des Moines to scout out the area (January 18th-20th). We have been traveling around the Midwest looking for a place to set up shop. We are planning on getting into rehabbing residential homes as well as buying and holding small multi-family units. We would love to sit down with an experienced real estate agent that knows the Des Moines market well that could give us insight into the local market flow, school districts, etc. Is anyone willing to drop the name (or business) of someone they really love to use and has an extensive history in Des Moines area?
