Contractor recommendation for Toledo, OH area

I would have searched if I could, but didn't see a way to search within a sub-forum, as I'm sure this has been posted before.

Does anyone have a recommendation for reliable, reasonably priced, high quality of work contractor or handymen, in the Toledo, OH area?  We found someone via a referral, and he was great, we paid him ontime per the pricing schedule in our agreement with him, but he vanished after those projects, and we have more projects.  General Carpentry skills to perform rehab, and routine maintenance, is what we need.  I have found a few reputable companies, but their pricing is closer to Retail, than Investor.
