Most of the time, water moves through the main service line fast enough that water won't pick up much color, and the accumulation of rust flake is lower than in end-point spots - for example, a bathroom sink might only be used twice per day, so those galvanized pipes have water sitting dormant for a long time, whereas every time you use water you wash the pipe to some extent.

Stick to a limited range of paint colors, fixtures, appliances, and finishes and take the guess work out of each project.

Depending on how many sq.ft. you need and the price/color(s) you're looking for, they may be a good fit.

You can get a great deal in Rose Park which is the closes thing we have to a "c" class area but really it's just a poor area.

Different deals would call for different structures, pay outs etc....Have workers lined up ready to perform rehab - they've been trained what preferences we have (flooring, colors, hardware etc...)Rehab, stage, sell.  

Our local military population is mostly National Guard, but last month I took the kids to an event put on by the FRG that was co-sponsored by a mortgage company that handed out goodie bags (coloring pages, candy, logo pens and travel mugs) to all the parents and kids with a flyer and business card explaining VA loans, eligibility, costs, etc.

Just curious to see if anyone has found a phrase, color, lay out, size, that has significantly outperformed other signs you have used.

As far as her design, she did pick out colors and tile and all that, but we all chipped in.

Years ago I used a BM colored varnish to recoat and slightly redden some stained wood trim.
