When you have a network of mentors and experienced advisers to double check investment decisions then your fear can be pushed to the side.It is strange though that the American public has very little fear of maxing out their credit cards on flat screen plasma TVs and buying gas guzzling automobiles but has such fear of real estate.

I've never used them for postcards, but I just used them for Business Cards and they did a great job and were the lowest price I could find.Also, if you have a great color printer you could always buy cardstock from OfficeMax and print your own.

As soon as i turned 18, I got come credit cards and worked them and got a good (short but good history) score (700's).
