With the system I use, I can get the calls forwarded to my cell phone, it rings with the number I have so I know it is a client calling and make it priority to pick it up.

Now if you did it ten times they probably would start to recognize your name.

However; if you are a potential client, and make it understood what type of property you are looking for, the area, etc.

Try volunteering with a counseling agency that is compassionate about keeping clients in their homes.

I was able to get answers for a client of mine who was transitioning from renting to getting ready to sell his property, and the title company I use was very helpful and willing to explain the laws and how to proceed.

I’ve had 2 clients have their attorney review the documents and they are indeed legit – you buy the property AS-IS.

Yes it would be a good idea to market to Probate Attorneys .. however, you will have to do a very good job of convincing them that you are the real deal and worthy of their referral to clients.

That is one of the first questions we ask our clients.
