I prefer leasehold mobile home parks

Our building stands alone on a corner lot with lots of parking – very rare and coveted in our area.

You should really speak with the local building officials.

IE they have photos and maps of where a person's vehicle was parked/recorded, asset breakdowns, address history, connected businesses, info on folks related to that person, etc.

Hey I’m 20 years old, going to school at park university in Parkville.

The current parking lot has parking spots for 8 cars and the streets are wide here so parking on the street isn't an issue and some tenants currently park on the street already. 

I would be assuming here that there is already sufficient parking for both. 

Hey @Josh C. house is on Adams Street to the north of Brookside Park.

It's on commercial zoned land between 2 mobile home parks in Stafford Co.

I'm thinking of buying a place in another state and officially making it my "home" (for tax purposes, for homeowner write-off, etc.) but the majority of my income will be from Idaho and my son will finish high school here.
