Hey I'm 20 years old, going to school at park university in Parkville. I have this guy that will sell me his house for 3 grand and I can possibly get the house directly left of it for less than that if I can get ahold of the owner. The only way for this to be a deal would be if I can get both of the houses. I estimate the repairs to be at least 35-45 grand per house but ARV is definitely at least 80-120 per house as well. That said, I am in college and don't have much money. Only enough to cover the first house. I am in need of financing. Houses are completely trashed but good bones and in developing area. Lmk
