They WILL make mistakes due to lack of knowledge with this type of real estate that can cost you hundreds of thousands to even millions of dollars.I have seen it firsthand by sellers we have dealt with while I was representing a buyer on commercial transactions.The problem with general practice attorneys is they know just enough to be dangerous.
