Hello,I just joined BiggerPockets and wanted to know why I cannot put the actual purchase price of the flip in the analysis sheet.

I joined biggerpockets a few months ago and have been studying a great deal to prepare for my first REI.  

I've completed the BP getting started modules, I just purchased the BP flipping houses book and I am going to my very first REIA meeting in 10 days in hopes that I meet some really great people that can help me with my Real Estate career.

Since I joined BP, all 3 of my flips have come directly or indirectly from connections made on BP.I had no idea when I joined this website that it would actually put money in my pocket.Thanks, BP.

Any local REI meetings you recommend?  

You can also look on Hubzu, auction.com, craigslist, etc.You can go to local REIA meetings and network with folks there.
