What systems and processes do investors have set in place for the following?

Increase your knowledge, experience, then confidence - go for it afterwards... get as many as you can handle or create a automated system to handle for you.

Find an investor-friendly agent in your area — some RE pros specialize in foreclosure, so if after research you're confident that that's the way you want to go, I would find one who can work with you and help guide and represent you in your next transaction. 

keep doing what your doing your far ahead of 90% of all investors with 10 units.. not sure why you would spend 5k to be in a ra ra community. 

I have experience as an SFR investor (rentals), as a realtor as well as corporate experience in mortgage lending and servicing practices from a large bank - all of which I will leverage to grow my MLO career.

Any suggestions on an Orlando based broker that’s investor friendly is appreciated?!? 

@Dennis Nikolaev I would check out maybe an investor taking if off your hands if you are cash flowing and holding the note as a wrap.
