BP has been an invaluable resources to me for almost 10 years.

I don’t think I can get away with renting two rooms for 1,200 each or make it work.That’s why I am trying to get a cheaper deal with a wholesaler and fix the property then charge rent and hold the property because I know it will go up in value over time with the new developments.

You need an expert to advise you so you can take an informed decision or use his report as a bargaining tool.

Maybe now is the time to check the BP tools out.
