With the enormous amount of it coming at us we need a way to filter for all of it.

I would buy it in two batches. first batch is using the last sale filter to 01/01/2015second batch don't use the filter. 

I have listened to both of your podcast and followed your filtering questions religiously (along with my best attempts at positive and negative reinforcement with my voice).  

One of the downsides with any of those is that you are required to purchase a minimum which is often far in excess of what is wanted or needed.I was an authorized re seller for Listability at one time and never found the Financial score to be a useful filter. 

I've had some promising calls but I don't think I filtered my list enough. 

I read the Atrocious Results direct mail thread and I saw where Dev Horn listed his filters (location, value range, equity, etc.) and I want to know if anyone has or would list their criteria and explain why it's a part of their criteria?

Would you be able to share with us what your specific list criteria/filters were on Listsource?

LoopNet - i know is probably old news, but I like the commerically oriented filter features to search for multi-unit criteria anywhere across the country.  

What criteria did you use to filter your list.2.

Everything outside that window is sent straight to voicemail (and an assistant filters through those).
