IRS would have to take the next steps to try to grab the asset.. which they never do unless its huge money and or high profile. on these little mid American homes I don't see that happening. 

Use Great American Bank.

My highest limit is American Express but I use this card for day to day purchases and pay it off every month.

And with American Greed on every week I think a lot of people now ask more of the "how" and "why" questions than they might have in years past.
