HELP!Tenant caused $25k LIEN on MY Property for HIS Unpaid Taxes!

Just found out from my local recorder's office that my tenant's failure to pay his federal Income taxes has caused the IRS to place a $25k lien on MY property! There is also another Lien for $5k from a local hospital. Am I responsible for these? How can I get this removed? Do I need an attorney involved? Should I evict them because of this? What happens if I want to sell in the near future? Will these liens hold up the sale of my property?

I have a clause in the lease that the Leasee holds  the Leasor harmless and any lien or bankruptcy makes this lease immediately null and void.
