I'm happy to share any insights on neighborhoods and such.

Setting up an Operating agreement, can this be done online through a template or do I need outside help from an expert?

I'm looking for insights on the Silver Lake area and Upper South End area of Providence.

I am very familiar with the Milford, New Haven, West Haven, Orange, Ansonia, and Shelton areas, and would prefer to invest here if possible, but I am not locked in to them by any means if a great deal is elsewhere.I would love to connect with others on here whoa re familiar with those areas as well, have invested in the areas, can shed insight, and if needed I can provide insight to the Social Media world.

Hey Guys, it's me again--you all had great input on partnerships and I'm wondering what your insights are on this one.Update-the SFH in question last time is doing great (I ended up turning it into an Airbnb which is cashflowing 2.5x more than a regular LTR), I did that deal solo (thanks to your alls input). 

My dad isn't too investment savvy, however, he is an expert in construction(everyone I meet that has worked with him always tells me how good he is) and I would really like to purchase a property with him to get him interested in real estate.
