With many existing homes overpriced, who is having success procuring lots and building you investment property?

It might require getting somewhat of a head start as far as speed while still being able to stop before entering the road and hoping the rear wheels have reached the existing asphalt.If we buy this property and parking or driveway become an issue and we decide to go ahead and sell it some weeks down the road, will we have to disclose the driveway issue?

You'll run into someone in the street, you'll talk to some neighbors, and boom just like that you're walking an off-market property and creating a deal that didn't exist.

HOWEVER, if you already knew about a pre-existing roach issue and maybe failed to disclose it to them properly/didn't set correct expectations when they moved in, then it's on you. 

If its really bad, in rare cases, kock down the plaster and install new 1/2" drywall on the existing lath.- electrical and plumbing: are usually old.
