My personal guidelines are that an investor should be able to handle having at least 10 doors that they manage themselves in their local area.One thought for you - next time you have to replace the carpets (and it will happen eventually) you may want to consider putting in wood-look vinyl plank flooring in most of the unit, except bedrooms.
