This is my first Lease Option and I need specific advise on how to exit this property. My situation is complicated by the following:I am a Realtor and have a duty to disclose important informationI am clearly effected by what could be a conflict of interest if I list itI can't list the home as a "FSBO" because I am not currently the ownerI can't list the property on the MLS because the owners would have to sign the listing agreementI think I could potentially take home about 30K after selling the property at today's value, but if I list it on the MLS and pay my brokerage, pay a buyer's agent and transactional lender for putting up the money on my end, most of that disappears.
