I too would say go for it but make sure there isn't mold growing everywhere as that will require a licensed mold company to remove and that can eat into your profits.

They are a crappy contractor if they can’t eat their words and get the job done.

Always make sure you can eat at the end of the day.

People saved a lot of money not traveling, not going out to eat/drink, not going to sports and other events, etc. and improving their living situation is a natural move.

Or eat your stress and gain the COVID 19. 

If it were me, I’d leave it alone and eat the extra $15 cost or whatever that amount of water cost.
