Or eat your stress and gain the COVID 19. For us, we have very very few tenants portfolio wide that have done that but for those who have we use the system that is in place. For us state programs have been set up to help them pay rent. So, we run them through the state system. If they refuse, they can be evicted because the FED moratorium still has rules. You have to find out what you can/can't do in your local area and do it. We have and have had great success
