Taylor Kennison, I've purchased several books/programs sold by "gurus".

They do have a fix to flip program where basically they give you a hard money loan to finance your flip and then roll it into a 30 year amortized loan for the rental property.  

Both of these programs pay less than the employees regular pay.  

I will never again participate in the program.

The city council is voting on whether to do a road diet on Parkwood in just a couple weeks.

In his book he talks about his mentorship program.

There is a Rent to Own program out there with some of the Agencies.

They have an agent referral program.

What about them funding your deals...the have a Hard Money Program too?
