There is always competition in anything you do, even flipping houses, but it is how you strategically position and operate your business within your target market which determines your success.

I originally was going to look for the office with the most training available, but literally all the offices i have been to offer roughly the same amount of training according to the calendars they gave, so that has kinda confused me in regards to what next to look into...Right now the top 2 based on how i felt after talking to the brokers are Berkshire Hathaway and Florida Luxury Realty...Berkshire Hathaway from the beginning seemed like a more cleaner operation, since both offices i stopped into had that new home feeling and presented very professional.

Hello, Can anyone recommend any builders operating in Northern NJ who build quality homes at a price point acceptable to investors?

Also, as a wholesaler you are trying to sell a contract on a sellers home and if you do not close and forfeit the contract, then you are not really operating in the owners best interest.  

They'll be looking for continuous employment at some point in your history.
