Somebody in my town bought a big old Victorian that was run down and beautifully restored it to make it into some sort of special needs housing. 

Small is simple and can be a beautiful thing.

Most of what I've been doing goes into a spreadsheet, but now it's all getting more out of hand.So, what I'm looking for is a useful contact management and lead system so I can quickly ,  or at least somewhat quickly go through and organize all these leads and contacts and maybe followup via text or email from all one platform rather than piece meal.

The South side of Hwy 60 has the Flood Zones and Mosquitoes and Traffic jams and lots of beautiful homes and Shopping Malls.

CASH FLOW pros: 1) money without debt for real operations. 2) the beauty with real estate cashflow is that you can depreciate to show less cashflow on assets that are almost always appreciating.
