Happy New Year, I been on bigger pockets for a short time and have been in research phase as many others here. looking into buy & hold , wholesaling, and college rentals (mostly upstate towns).

You've come to the right place to get your questions answered and to connect with other investors.There is a Portland meet and greet for BP members next Tuesday in Lake Oswego, if you're available, try to make it out there to meet other members face-to-face.There are also a couple of real estate investment groups that may be of interest to you, both Northwest REIA and Rarebird hold multiple monthly meetings attended by many local investors.

I went to my first local REIA meeting last week and have my finger on the pulse of others coming up and plan to attend as many as possible, but I figured I would post this question on here as well.
