My lender just hit me with a last minute update to my loan disclosure increasing my taxes by ~$200 monthly.

This is an older development (built in '75) and properties that have been updated are currently trading at around $171/Sf. 

I try to update them on a regular basis based on users' feedback.

Now I have some Vacancies, but I can’t find any Good Contractors to turn over/ Update the Property..
