We have lofty goals and would eventually like to see our business expanded into a multilevel operation.There is a point to all this,  I swear.

its was master planned for quite a few more units than were eventually built.. the developer I worked for tanked in 1990 recession.

If you negotiate hard, honestly and often than you will eventually land a great deal.  

I guess as you rent to more and more folks you will eventually have tenant issues including evictions. cheers!

The rehabbed comps in this neighborhood are selling for $110K.My area of concern with this house is that it will probably need the polybutylene plumbing replaced soon ($8K expense) and eventually the pressboard siding ($9K expense).
