Any advice on where to get the best commercial loan?

I was hoping to find someone who might want to do a bit of mentoring or something along the lines as i get started.

Can I provide a 90 day notice to Housing Authority Tenant that I do not intend continue renting after the 12 month lease ends on October 31st with no cause.

That sounds crazy, I know but it depends on how you view cash-flow.

As mentioned, I don't see vacancy and bad debt (missed payments) on here which calls into question everything else. 

I have a new builder now, but because the roof is already on and it is 80-90% complete, I can't find anyone who will write a builder's risk policy for it.

Some place that I can reasonably visit myself if need be on a weekend.

Meanwhile if this is a single family home but is in an RM1 zoning district (as an example) you can usually get a use permit (number of units is based on the lot size).

My partner put my on to it How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
