@John Underwood Are you talking about off-platform guests?

If the home is owned under a company or trust and STR license is filed under an assigned agent or operator, and who maintains it as their primary residence, can these not be listed under the same profile on an STR platform like Airbnb to take advantage of its existing track record? 

I dont have one and don't know much about the platform so I wasn't able to find anything useful. 

IMO, taking the time to ensure everyone understands the benefits and risks will create a better platform to move forward.

I am guessing not as well as it could be because you are posting on BP for people to talk you out of it... or you're finding a creative way to advertise on this amazing platform.

I am obviously new at this and going to my local REIA meeting later this month but am hoping that someone on this platform has some guidance to offer.

If you use rent collection software, some platforms allow you to upload documents as well.
