..Real Estate...fancy 4 course 5* meals or a hole in the wall restaurant with some mascot waving to try and market customers....some QVC or infomercial (BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!)....

We are finding the quality of life pretty high around here and if we want something more, like a nicer restaurant, we just go over to Bushwick.Hope that helps.  

The area is comprised of mixed SFH and MF with a strong Mexican influence.Have you had any good or bad deals in that area?

I've watched the city grow so much in the last few years and have built out several restaurants.

So we are lining up a web site that will have local events, restaurants, local information for every location that we have a house, so our clients have the quality they deserve.

I'd call the restaurant first to make sure they are still meeting there, but it really is every Monday without fail.

new stores opening or closing... any fun restaurants or markets.  

If a guest eats gluten free, she includes a list of gluten free bakeries and restaurants in the area as well as a box of gluten free cookies to welcome them along with some bottled water in the refrigerator etc.

A lot of people like stuff near BART, Fruitvale is up and coming, Eastlake is going to explode IMHO (I have some rentals near 2nd & International and lived over there), North Oakland / NOBE is already there (have some rentals near 55th & Genoa), as is downtown - uptown is getting "hipper" and a lot more restaurants and bars moving in (check out the hive).
