Do you focus your efforts near Columbus or all over the south?

In Columbus county NC, I presented plans three weeks ago to the planning/zoning folks for exactly that... 7 single family residential houses (not tiny houses) with 4 on one existing street and 3 on another.

New Aussie investor looking for buy and hold multifamily units in Columbus Ohio.

I'm likely going to buy in Washington DC, Columbus OH, Chicago, Charleston, or Greenville, SC where I visit frequently or know the area well.

Using our Columbus Auditor's site, I've put together a list of all of the properties I'd like to potentially purchase.

I am going to be in Columbus Ohio for all of next week.
