I am going to be in Columbus Ohio for all of next week. I'm thinking about investing in this area. I'd like to know about the real estate market in this area. What are the best areas to invest for buy and hold, flips etc.... Any insights on market trends. I'm sure I'll end up wanting to look at some properties as well. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
