I am curious... what do you do as a "wholesaler"?

My focus now is to start with some wholesales in order to generate some capital, running a business makes me some money but i want to expand further and faster as my gym grows.

If you are selling to someone and this is your first time dealing with them, perhaps talk to other buyers you have more experience with and ask if they would be interested...I'm not a wholesaler, so I don't know how feasible this is.

This property is held in an LLC that has roughly 5k in marketing expenses for 2015 and 12k profit from a wholesale deal.Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I met with someone who is probably the biggest in my section of NJ that deals with real estate and they seem very flexible with other wholesalers and working together(i.e. mentoring, buying/selling relationships).  

I have 3 houses I'd like to refi....anyone out there......Looking for the next house always....Spokane WA market ........other wholesalers around?

Less than that, you may as well operate as a flipper of cars or a wholesaler of merchandise.  

The wholesale deals I get have too optimistic ARVs or need way too much work to make a decent ROI.

Not sure about your area, but a wholesaler from TX tried to keep the mineral rights when he sold me a property in PA.

I wan't to know how I can start with 5000 dollars in cash or how can I wholesale?
