What age should I start investing in Real Estate?

Hello everyone, I'm a 16 year old currently looking to get into real estate. I've looked at every video imaginable and have the motivation needed to take the next step. My parents are with me 100% and will support me in any way. I wan't to know how I can start with 5000 dollars in cash or how can I wholesale? Thanks alot!
