I learned about staging a house, tips on selling a home quickly, and other niches. it was a common trick for ranking high and getting a readership to title something '5 Quick Tips for Selling a Home as a Wholesaler.'

I have a lead that just contacted me they are in the pre forclosure stage the property is located in a very nice subdivision in Grand Prairie TX I'm planning on walking thru the property  some time tomorrow evening.

Now comes the equity raise stage . . .

Still in the planning stages so appreciate the input to help me think through it. 

Place some throw rugs in it to stage if you like..... 

I've spent way too much time in the 'analysis paralysis' stage, and it's time for me to just execute and be OK with not trying to get everything perfect on my first deal.I'm primarily interested in cash flow, and I intend to be reasonably hands off (I have a full time job, so I don't have a lot of spare time).

Vista Print quality is probably fine at this stage, that's my thinking as a newbie.

There are some contractors who might be very cheap (generally pseudo GC, they know how to do everything and with a helper or two will do every stage of your renovation) but you will have nightmares getting done on time, and generally get sloppy cheap looking workmanship.
