In my area most Realtors have a sense of representation of their client, just as an attorney does not want his client being approached by some insurance claims guy or some creditor or by anyone related to the other side of the table, neither does the Realtor.

With 4 kids I'll bet there's a decent amount of damage.When you file an eviction and the tenant moves out before action, does the eviction still go on their record or does it become a small claims issue?
