Hello all, I have a small infill lot in the Sawyer heights area of Houston I'd like to put three small front to back 3 story townhouse style units on. 

We decided three years ago to sell the home we lived in for 18yrs (refinanced a couple of times so not much equity), but enough equity to purchase a condo at a good price.

Purchased one property three months ago on Braselton and closing another in Buford next week.

I put it in the listing in three different places.

I believe we could have charged more in rent, being that it is split between three tenants rooming together.

Also in search for a Mentor not limited to any of the three places mentioned previously.

Now, that being said, we are still seeing vanilla ho-hum SFRs not only get accepted, but the completed report turned in, pretty fast (almost like they are taking a full appraisal fee, and just f-ing copy/pasting from the refi appraisal they did for the ho-hum SFR three blocks down as part of the refi boom with the same bedroom/bath count, ahem, cough cough, excuse me while I clear my throat).

That's a pretty big request they're asking of you and it could delay your closing up to three months fencing contractors tend to be really busy this time of year.

We are juggling between three different options to get started and would appreciate any and all insight/advice.
