 I want to know how to explain Sellers the benefits of "Seller Financing" does someone have had any expirience with that?

@Sofia Galan the Seller can defer their capital gains into periods in the future. Additionally, the Seller can oftentimes get a premium for offering seller financing. Third, the seller can still receive regular returns without needed to "fix toilets."
