I set up mine to send me a daily report of certain real estate listings that are posted on Craigslist.  

I search MLS and Redfin daily for multifamily properties.

@Kevin Wood I did listen to the podcast (both podcasts) with @michaelQuarles , loved it and was so impressed that I immediately starting downloading his podcast's and daily deals.

Bill Gulley having bought bunch's of court house steps properties and being a lender who has foreclosed on my borrowers ( more than I care to mention)  But in the NOD there is always a section that calls for interest rate and a daily rate that is added to the balance ..

@Marci Stein Do the HOA fees include daily massages, chef prepared meals, a personal trainer, dry cleaning??

www.trello.com - Sticky notes type for my ToDo, project bids, etc... you know, the daily tasks.Google Drive - to store my files and have my employees have their own folder, and add them to either share the whole folder or just view access (I don't need the paid, what for?

I have enjoyed reading the "The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing", and have downloaded and listened to the majority of the podcast's on my daily commute.
