Say we were to buy 1 or 2 $80-100,000 houses this year and on paper they created a loss.

Try to keep the rehab simple and on budget.Run your numbers, then run them again, them have someone who’s actually been doing this for a while run them 😁Most importantly, Jump In There!

I've learned that almost anything that hits 2% rule or higher could be more of a headache than the "paper analysis" makes it seem like..
