To get started, I see myself getting my feet wet with self-managing small multi-families with the possibility of living in one of the units.

I have been self managing everything but think I am going to hand the four units over to a property manager.I'm currently interested in picking up more properties with 4+ units.  

I hope to be able to help people thru the process and get them out of situations that could get worse and move them in a more positive direction.

I wish I had someone to guide me in a better direction but this is all I can think of.
