Just wanted to say hello...

I've been reading BP forums for the past year and have learned a lot of great things. I own two 2 units that were bought as rentals in 2013 and just recently purchased a two unit with FHA financing that I am owner occupying (thanks BP). I have been self managing everything but think I am going to hand the four units over to a property manager.

I'm currently interested in picking up more properties with 4+ units.  My goal right now is to be at 20 total units so I can quit my w2 after my kids are out of college when I'm 50.  I'm 32 now and think it will be easily attainable.
