I believe was his handle (I can’t link him nor have I seen his comments in awhile so maybe he’s no longer on BP), anyway I used to laugh because whenever somebody used the term “renovate” or even “remodel” on here, he was quick to point out that landlords shouldn’t “renovate” or “remodel” but rather just rehab.
