Aspiring Investor Introduction

Hello BP! 

I am 22 years old, I live in Bethlehem, PA and I am excited to be here. For the last six months I have been soaking up knowledge, analyzing deals, refining my investment goals and preparing for the journey that lies ahead. I feel like there is still so much for me to learn, but books can only teach me so much and I believe it is time to start taking action and learning through experience. I have $20K saved and I am primarily interested flipping houses/executing brrrr deals in or around the Lehigh Valley. My goal is to connect with a more experienced investor/partner in my area by the end of the year, but I would also be stoked just to find a mentor too. I am always looking for insight, advice and great opportunities so please do not hesitate to share!
