Rental without a W/D Hook-up

Greetings.

Was wondering what is the norm for rentals in 38109 or 38127 (c/d class) is it ok to rent a property without the w/d hookups and just expect the tenant to use a launder-mat? Or is that too much?

Kind Regards,

Mario

I agree with Curt.  This may affect your marketability of the property and give the tenant a reason to either not rent your property or try to  negotiate  a lower rent.  Especially when other landlords in the area do offer washer and dryer hookups.
